| WARRANTY Howards Cams Hydraulic/ Mechanical Flat Tappet Camshafts are 100% Rockwell checked and parkerized at our manufacturing plant in Wisconsin. Howards Cams hydraulic and mechanical lifters are also 100% Rockwell checked for hardness to ensure that our customers receive the best American made component available to give our customers a performance edge, Howards Cams will unconditionally replace to the original purchaser only, any non-usuable hydraulic mechanical flat tappet camshafts and lifters for 1/2 the amount of the original invoiced purchase price for a period of 6 months. From the date of the original retail purchase. Howards Cams does not warrant the performance of our products due to Howards Cams lack of control during product installation and usuage. This applies to all camshafts, valvetrain components and all other racing components in our catalogue and product line. Note: Due to available today, all Flat Tappet Cams (hydraulic or mechanical) must be initially run with quality break-in lube, such as Howards Z.P.M Max. There is absolutely no warranty, expressed or implied, or otherwise, on Howards Cams parts, labor, installation or other damaged parts. Howards Cams assumes no responsibility or liability on incidental or consequential damages. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Howards Cams neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of our products. Howards Cams will replace or refund any part that has a manufacturers defect found before installation or alteration. Customers are responsible for blueprinting engine components before installation or start up a particular purpose. | RETURNS Howards Cams will allow our customers to return for credit, refund or replacement for period of 90 days, any unused part in new resalable condition. Possible repackage costs and restocking fees may apply. Return freight costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Note: Customers must call prior to returning an item for returned goods authorization number. Special order and custom parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions!
